Did you know you can get your receipt online?
If you paid by debit or credit card at one of our charging stations, you can download your receipt directly from here (external website). Simply enter "E.ON" in the Operator field to locate your charging session.
If you paid using a QR code or via beleg.edri.com, you can access your receipt at here.
Used Apple Pay or Google Pay?
When searching for your receipt, you'll need to use the last 4 digits of your virtual card number, not the number printed on your physical card. You can usually find this in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by viewing your card details.
If you're having trouble locating the last 4 digits of your virtual card number, feel free to submit a request below. Please let us know if you paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay, as this will help us assist you more quickly.
