purpose of processing:

The purposes of the data processing are:

·        Investigation and prevention of criminal offences

·        Prosecution of criminal offences

·        Exercise of domiciliary rights

·        Preservation of evidence in the event of an incident

·        Protection of property and ownership, in particular the assertion, exercise and defence of legal claims

·        Proper implementation of operational procedures, monitoring of functionality and technical system control, troubleshooting

 

Legal bases of processing:

The processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR and § SECTION 4 BDSG. Legitimate interests are the investigation and prevention of criminal offences and the preservation of evidence in the event of an incident.

 

forwarding of Data:

Data is forwarded to service providers commissioned by us who perform monitoring tasks for our company.

For the investigation, prosecution and preservation of evidence in the context of criminal offences, the data is passed on to investigating authorities, among others, on an ad hoc basis.

Otherwise, the data will only be passed on if there is a legal basis for the transfer. This may be the case in particular if the law enforcement authorities or other security authorities take action in the context of so-called danger defense and demand access to the video surveillance data.

 

storage period:

We store your data for 120 hours or until the purpose of preserving evidence has been achieved

·        You can request the correction, deletion and restriction of the processing (blocking) of your personal data as long as this is legally permissible and possible within the framework of an existing contractual relationship.

·        You have the right to lodge a complaint with any supervisory authority for data protection.

·        You may object to data processing on grounds relating to your particular situation if the data processing is based on our legitimate interests or is necessary for the performance of a public task
