Timo Sillober has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the management board of E.ON Drive Infrastructure GmbH. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic development and long-term positioning of the company within E.ON’s public electric vehicle charging infrastructure division in the European charging station market.
E.ON Drive Infrastructure operates more than 8,000 of its own charging points in over ten countries. These include AC and DC charging stations in municipalities, along major transport routes such as motorways, and at high-frequency retail locations. In addition, E.ON Drive Infrastructure operates dedicated charging parks for electric trucks.
Timo Sillober began his career in 1997 at Infineon/Siemens, initially working in finance. He then focused more intensively on IT and software development and ultimately advanced at Siemens to become Director of Sales and Business Development at Siemens Business Services. In 2005, he moved to Vodafone, where he held various positions in both Germany and the United Kingdom for ten years, most recently as a member of the management board of Vodafone Deutschland GmbH. In 2015, he joined EnBW as SVP Marketing, Sales, Product Development & Digital, later initiating the significant development of the electromobility business unit as Chief Marketing & Operations Officer. Since March 2023, Timo Sillober has served as CEO of Energiekonzepte Deutschland GmbH, where he led the company’s transformation into one of the market leaders for intelligent energy ecosystems for private households in Germany through the development and expansion of innovative products.
Timo Sillober manages the business of E.ON Drive Infrastructure together with Managing Directors Arjan van der Eijk (Chief Operations Officer) and Stefan Schütte (Chief Financial Officer).
