Ensure financial transparency, performance steering and investment control across large-scale infrastructure projects. The team manages budgeting, forecasting and reporting to enable sustainable and scalable expansion of our public EV charging network.
Turn strategy into physical infrastructure. Deployment manages site planning, permitting, construction and grid connection of high-power charging hubs in urban areas, at high-frequency destinations and along motorways across Europe.
Maintain operational excellence across 9,000+ public charging points. The team ensures high network uptime, service quality, maintenance coordination and continuous optimization of infrastructure performance.
Build and operate the digital backbone of our charging network. From backend systems and cybersecurity to data analytics and performance monitoring, Data & IT enables smart, scalable and reliable charging infrastructure.
Secure strategic supplier partnerships and manage sourcing for hardware, construction and technical services. Procurement ensures quality, cost efficiency and long-term scalability across European markets.
Attract, develop and retain international talent. HR builds high-performing teams, fosters leadership development and supports a collaborative culture across 11 countries.
Provide legal guidance across infrastructure development, energy regulation, contracts and public partnerships. The team ensures compliant, future-proof operations in all markets where EDRI operates.
Identify, negotiate and develop new charging locations with property owners, municipalities and strategic partners. Commercial drives network growth and builds long-term site partnerships across Europe.
Design and optimize charging solutions for passenger and commercial vehicles. Product Management bridges technical capabilities, customer needs and market requirements to deliver scalable public charging services.

“When I joined E.ON Drive Infrastructure in 2022, we were a team of 10 with a clear ambition: to build one of Europe’s leading public EV charging networks.
Together with a fast-growing international team, I built the HR function from the ground up across 11 countries. We created scalable HR frameworks, established clear and efficient processes, and supported the company’s rapid expansion into eight additional European markets. As our charging infrastructure scaled across Europe, the organization grew from 10 to 200 colleagues.
