How to Get Your EV Charging Receipt

Open the app

Open the E.ON Drive Public app on your phone.

Tap the menu

Tap the menu with the three lines.

Select Receipts and invoices

Tap Receipts and invoices.

Tap Download

Tap Download to get your receipt.

Select "Last receipt"

Select "Last receipt" on the charging station display.

Authenticate again

Hold the credit card or RFID charging card you paid with up to the terminal or card reader.

See your receipt and take a photo

Your last receipt is shown directly on the screen. Once your charging session has ended, you can take a photo of the receipt with your phone, so you have it with you. At fast chargers, you can also download charging receipts online at hyc.cash.

Open hyc.cash in your browser.

Find your charge

Enter the location, date and amount of your charge. You can also search by charger ID or serial number.

Enter the last four digits

Enter the last four digits of the payment card you paid with.

Press Search

Press Search and get your receipt.

Open the receipt page

Open kvittering.edri.dk in your browser.

Select the date

Select the date of your charging session.

Select payment method

Select the payment method you paid with, for example credit/debit card.

Enter your card details

Enter the last 4 digits of the card and the card expiry date.

Press Find receipt

Press Find receipt to see your receipt.

Get your receipt

Download the receipt, or have it sent to you by email.
