In the second quarter of 2026, E.ON Drive put twelve new fast-charging sites into operation, from Fredericia and Hammelev to Hanstholm and Gilleleje. Together they add 32 new fast chargers, and several of the sites are hosted by partners such as Davidsen, Sunset Boulevard and MAN.
The quarter’s largest site: Sunset Boulevard in Hammelev
The largest of the new sites is Sunset Boulevard in Hammelev with eight Alpitronic HYC 400 chargers. Six of them went into operation on 13 May and two more were added on 23 June. The site is a good example of what collaboration with strong partners can deliver.
Partners across the country
Four of the new sites are hosted by Davidsen in Grindsted, Hanstholm, Hurup and Tranbjerg, and two by MAN at Avedøre Holme and Tilst near Aarhus, with six fast chargers for trucks in total. Together with Sunset Boulevard in Hammelev, they show that the build-out happens in collaboration with partners across the country.
The new sites
All twelve sites are equipped with Alpitronic fast chargers with CCS connectors. Here are the locations in the order they went into operation:
- Jupitervej 2, Fredericia: 4 Alpitronic HYC 400. In operation from 8 April.
- Davidsen, Odinsvej 2, Grindsted: 2 Alpitronic HYC 400. In operation from 8 April.
- MAN, Stamholmen 219, Avedøre Holme: 4 Alpitronic HYC 400 for trucks. In operation from 8 April.
- Vemmetoftevej 5, Rødvig: 2 Alpitronic HYC 150. In operation from 10 April.
- MAN, Grydhøjparken 22, Tilst: 2 Alpitronic HYC 400 for trucks. In operation from 15 April.
- Sunset Boulevard, Egemarken 9, Hammelev: 8 Alpitronic HYC 400. In operation from 13 May, two of the chargers from 23 June.
- Hotel Gilleleje Strand, Vesterbrogade 4B, Gilleleje: 1 Alpitronic HYC 150. In operation from 21 May.
- Knudhule Strand, Randersvej 85, Ry: 1 Alpitronic HYC 50. In operation from 28 May.
- Davidsen, Industrivangen 2, Hanstholm: 2 Alpitronic HYC 200. In operation from 1 June.
- Davidsen, Industrivej 2, Hurup: 2 Alpitronic HYC 200. In operation from 23 June.
- Borups Allé 275, Copenhagen: 2 Alpitronic HYC 400. In operation from 23 June.
- Davidsen, Sletvej 36, Tranbjerg: 2 Alpitronic HYC 400. In operation from 24 June.
How to use them
The new fast chargers are part of the E.ON Drive charging network in Denmark. Find the stations and start charging in the E.ON Drive Public app. If you have the E.ON Drive City Spot subscription, it applies at E.ON Drive charging stations in Denmark.
