2) Our recruiting process

a. Thank you for your application! Transparency and speed are important to us. Our goal is to get back to you within 48 hours with primary feedback.

b. We clarify initial questions in a brief call with our recruiters.

c. Get to know each other and deep dive: we would like to invite you to a remote interview with your potential new manager.

d. Excellent team fit is important: in a third meeting you will get to know potential colleagues and we are looking forward to welcoming you to the office.

e. In the final round you will meet our CEO in a 15min remote chat.
